Our washing machine gives an error that the water can’t drain.
I’ve followed instructions in trying to open a front door for the pump, but it’s not releasing – so can’t look inside. We have cleaned it before and found a sock lodged in there – this time round can’t get in and have broken a small piece of the grip off the screwing latch/door.
