I purchased a Samsung 7kg Quick Wash Front Loader Washing Machine (Model: WW70T3010BS/FA) in December 2023 and tonight I received a SC error.
I have checked the pipes that in perfect condition with no kinks, the pipes were higher than the water level in the machine and further the filter was spotless. You can hear the pressure meter switch on however it does not drain. Will start a cycle however once water is pushed in and the cycles through – it will not drain. I live on a reserve and we do have a maintenance manager that can test the pressure tester to see if there is continuity however not sure if this voids the warranty.
The machine is still under warranty and would like to know how does this work?
